What is the warranty on your products?
We place great importance on the quality of our products and therefore offer clear warranty terms.
Legal Warranty
For all items purchased from us, the legal warranty applies. This means that a product must meet the expectations that you, as a consumer, may reasonably have of it.
Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty, which offers an additional guarantee alongside the legal warranty. The manufacturer's warranty does not affect your legal rights.
Manufacturer's Warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, we offer a standard manufacturer's warranty of 2 to 5 years, depending on the brand of the product. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty for defects caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or external damage.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Our warranty cannot apply to every situation. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lack of proper maintenance, or exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals falls outside of the scope of coverage. Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, discoloration, dents, and limescale buildup due to water conditions or abrasive products are not considered defects. Please note that brass is a living finish and will naturally develop patina or variations in tone over time. These changes are part of its unique character and are not covered under warranty. Other finishes (black, white, gunmetal, copper/gold tones): These are coated surfaces. Normal wear, minor shade or texture variation, and changes resulting from cleaning habits or water conditions are not covered.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you think your product has a problem and is covered by the warranty, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service via the HelpdeskChat and mention that it is a warranty claim.
Describe the problem as specifically as possible and attach the following documents:
Clear photos of the issue
A copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase
A completed warranty claim form
We will assess your claim and provide a solution within 30 days. If more time is required, we will inform you of this.

How can I request warranty service or repair?
Do you need help or would you like to submit a service request? This can be easily done through our HelpdeskChat, located at the bottom right of our website. Our team is ready to assist you quickly and efficiently!
How do I submit a service request?
Follow the steps below to submit a service request:
Open the HelpdeskChat
Click on the Live HelpdeskChat at the bottom right of our website.
Select "Send us a message".
Select your service request
Choose the option "I would like to submit a service request".
Select the order number related to the issue.
Choose the product for which you would like to submit a service request.
Upload photos or videos
You will be given the option to upload photos and/or videos of the issue directly in the chat.
After submitting, you will receive a Service Ticket number, which allows you to track the status of your request.
We will assess your claim and provide a solution within 30 days. If more time is required, we will inform you of this.
